Youth for Swaraj seeks to engage the youth of India to recover its past, shape its present and guide its future in the light of Swaraj.
It is the basic framework of the organisation. It lays down structure, procedures, powers and functions of different organs of the organisation while defining the rights and duties of the members and office bearers.
